Zoylo APP- The Best Healthcare App

Users are broadly classified as Service Providers and Service Recipients. Service providers - doctors of various types, diagnostics service providers etc. who charge the recipients. Service recipients - users like patients, surfers, window shoppers, buyers and can even be service providers who pay for the service.

End to end solution connecting doctors, patients and e-commerce of health care domain. Connects the entire health care ecosystem entities. It will be a global product with launch in India followed by other countries.

User research focuses on understanding user behaviors, needs and motivations through Expert Review, Field Studies, User Personas, observation techniques, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies.

As a User want to find a doctor/lab as per the needs. To get cured or relief from the health problem, to keep track of health history. They need a platform where user will keep records.

With common scenario’s in place, we were able to define detailed personas, using their vast data pool. The personas looked something like this:

Shrisha Pandey is having severe cough and cold for the past few days and while at work today her temperature started increasing slowly. She is planning to visit a good doctor near her house. She heard about Zoylo and wanted to use it for finding a doctor matching her preferences. She downloaded the app from Google Play Store.

With the proper planning, we were able to confidently move into creating wireframes for the app. We took the decision to focus more on the functionality and structure of the app, opting for low-fidelity wireframes with very little detail. Ultimately, we could add design elements in later, what was important for our users, was that the product (above all) was clear and simple.

We tested our application with real user to use this application. To review how well it functions from a nonbiased and unfamiliar perspective. We recruit some real user like medical representative and senior manager from medical pharma domain and focused groups that are willing to explore different features and functionalities.
